박재현 교수, JCO Contributing Editor 임명

애리조나치과대학 교정과 박재현 과장이 지난달 ‘Journal of Clinical Orthodontics(JCO) Contributing Editor’로 임명됐다.

JCO는 1967년부터 Journal of Practical Orthodontics로 출판되다 1970년 JCO로 명칭을 변경해 발행되고 있는 저널로, 치과교정 임상 기술과 Practice Management에 중점을 둬 치과교정 임상 저널에서 가장 인기있는 저널 중 하나로 꼽힌다.

박 교수는 현재 Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists 편집장, Journal of World Federation of Orthodontists와 Journal of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry 부편집장, The Angle Orthodontist와 Seminars in Orthodontics의 Editorial Board로 활동하고 있다.

또한 박 교수는 2024년도에 American Board of Orthodontics(미국치과교정전문의협회, ABO) 회장에 취임한다.
